The Integrated Family Support Services, funded by the State Government Department of Communities, offers casework and case management services with the aim to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of children aged from birth to 18 years and their families through strengthening parenting via the provision of practical parenting assistance. The service puts children first and works with parents to address the needs of their children.

The service supports parents to enjoy parenting and to build their confidence, to manage challenging and complex behaviours and to increase their understanding of age and stage development. It can assist families to manage family conflict, the impact of mental health illness, the impact of substance abuse, the impact of family violence and support parents to provide a safe, secure and nurturing family environment.

Referrals are made through the Strong Families, Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line on 1800 000 123 and can be made by anyone who has concerns regarding the wellbeing of children.
