At Lady Gowrie Tasmania (LGT), we believe that every voice matters. Your feedback, whether it’s a complaint, compliment, or suggestion, is essential in helping us deliver high quality, inclusive and safe education and care services. We encourage you to share your thoughts with us freely.
We take all complaints seriously. We aim to acknowledge and assess all complaints within one working day. Our team is committed to investigating complaints in timely fashion. We will investigate complaints in an objective and confidential manner. We will also endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of the investigation.
If, after the investigation, we discover that we are at fault, we will aim to put things right. We will use this as an opportunity for reflection and continuous improvement.
